Senior Software Engineer

Civicom is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build high-stakes, AI-driven healthcare SaaS platforms. This is a full-cycle role with direct accountability, requiring strong engineering fundamentals across modern web and data stacks, plus clear communication and ownership.

Role Scope

• Direct ownership of an elite product team building AI healthcare applications.
• Work is supported by a broader engineering network of 50+ engineers across 20 global brands under Civicom.

Responsibilities

• Take total ownership to identify, prioritize, design the architecture, write the code, and ship fixes.
• Own the delivery of production-ready, resilient software by breaking down complex requirements from an abstract product vision.
• Ship improvements autonomously with strong execution and accountability.
