Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high performance C and C++ software components, including GUI based test applications and API wrapper DLLs for Windows and Linux SDK products.
• Execute hardware software integration, debugging, and performance optimization; develop and run test scripts to verify deliverable software.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, handle complex system level debugging, and mentor junior and mid level engineers via code reviews and architecture guidance.
• Identify and resolve customer technical issues related to software applications and SDKs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++, plus scripting experience (Python or Bash) for automation and data analysis.
• Experience developing software for custom FPGA based hardware.
• Familiarity with embedded data buses and communication protocols (PCIe, USB, ARINC 818, Ethernet).
