Responsibilities
- Guide the technical integration of AI and large language model capabilities into existing applications and workflows, including prompting, tool invocation, retrieval augmented generation, and related patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable Python code following established best practices and standards.
- Architect and implement AI enabled web applications and analytics interfaces using Streamlit, React, or comparable technologies.
- Create and integrate APIs, including FastAPI services, to facilitate reliable inter-system communication.
- Build and maintain user interfaces that present AI, data, and analytics in a usable way for end users.
- Set up and sustain CI/CD pipelines and container deployments with Docker to ensure repeatable builds and dependable releases.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
- Utilize Git for version control to support collaborative development and code management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across the full software lifecycle to define, design, develop, test, and deliver features.
- Ensure all solutions meet high standards for security, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute across all stages of the software development life cycle, from concept through deployment and ongoing sustainment.
Requirements
- Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
- Experience building AI enabled web applications, analytic dashboards, or user workflows with Streamlit or similar technologies.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, containerization, RESTful APIs, and user interface development.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend solutions using Python frameworks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MySQL relational databases.
- Proficiency with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Git based version control and collaborative software development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with full stack development and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $146,200 to $197,800 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation; final salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements, and could fall outside of this range.
