Senior MDM Developer

IDR Inc. is seeking a Senior MDM Developer for an onsite role in Austin, TX. This position centers on master data management for member and provider identities to enable accurate analytics and governance-aligned data. The successful candidate will partner with program teams, system SMEs, and end users to deliver clear, actionable insights from identity data, with a compensation rate of USD 74 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic liaison to interpret member and provider data identity challenges and translate them into clear, actionable solutions for client and provider identification needs.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze identity data from diverse internal and external sources to support HHS analytics requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on validating AI-supported outputs, including identifying and mitigating hallucinations related to identity data.
• Foster data literacy across the organization through documentation, tutorials, and training for non-technical staff using master data tools and AI.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and program teams to troubleshoot identity issues, ensure compliance with agency standards, and improve data quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions and operational requirements into clear, actionable access paths for client or provider identity for complex analytics
• 10+ years of experience with MDM tools, including Informatica MDM
• 8+ years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leadership
• 8+ years of strong SQL experience for data identification, data profiling and manipulation
