Senior Data Engineer

Capgemini Sogeti is seeking a senior Foundry Lead Data Engineer to architect, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions using Palantir Foundry. This role focuses on strong data architecture, ontology-aware pipelines and applications, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the data ecosystem delivers measurable value with integrity, performance, and cost-efficiency. What you’ll do

• Architect, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions using Palantir Foundry
• Shape the organization’s data strategy in support of ecosystem needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align data strategy with business priorities
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and cost-efficiency across the data ecosystem
• Lead the design of robust data pipelines and applications that support actionable insights

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in an agile software development environment
• 2+ years of experience on Palantir Foundry
• Proven experience with Change Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management processes
• Ability to provide thorough, constructive, and insightful code reviews
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive communication with cross-functional teams, including internal customers
• Working-level English proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Willingness to support applications during off hours if an outage occurs

Compensation and work location

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 per year.

Location: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY (onsite).
