Senior Agentic AI Developer at NEOGOV, a remote role based in the US/Canada, focusing on designing, building, and scaling autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LLMs and Spec-Driven Development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build autonomous AI agents with advanced reasoning capabilities to handle complex tasks and decision making
• Design multi-agent orchestration systems that include planner, supervisor, and executor components for coordinated workflows
• Implement Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to translate requirements into executable workflows and production code
• Define and manage artifacts such as RequirementsPack, ArchitecturePack, and execution manifests to govern development lifecycle
• Design memory systems including vector databases, knowledge graphs, and hybrid retrieval augmented generation (RAG) strategies
• Optimize architectures for scalability, low latency, and cost efficiency in production environments
• Integrate autonomous agents with enterprise platforms and external APIs for seamless operations
• Advance best practices in prompt engineering and context engineering to improve agent performance
• Mentor engineers and guide the technical direction of AI initiatives
