Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Architect

SN Cloud Solutions is hiring a Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Architect to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications for large-scale public sector initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and enhance OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Develop and improve Experience Cloud (Customer/Community) portals.
• Create secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using platform best practices.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
• Implement asynchronous processing with Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, Platform Events, and Queueable Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Use Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines for source control and deployments.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
• Experience building Experience Cloud (Customer/Community portals).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with asynchronous processing including Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Platform Events.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or other Salesforce Industry Clouds.
• Experience with Grant Management or Grant Lifecycle Management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• OmniStudio Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Experience with PDF generation, approval workflows, and customer/citizen-facing portals.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
