Job Description
The MIL Corporation seeks an RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation, Associate) to support multiple federal government clients in the Washington, DC area. This hybrid remote role is based in Arlington, VA, with a schedule that requires three days on-site. The position offers a salary range of USD 122,423 to 130,584 per year and calls for a BA or BS degree.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and the project team to analyze, design, and implement RPA enabled automations.
- Provide deployment support and post-deployment assistance to ensure reliable operation of automations.
- Develop recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client processes through automation and process enhancements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Federal financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes.
- 1-3 years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis.
- 1 year of experience developing bots for financial processes using Robotic Process Automation software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or Kofax.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, in writing and orally.
- Education: BA/BS required.
