Responsibilities
- Lead tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development; establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business needs
- Oversee all phases of the development lifecycle from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation; provide user and operational support to business users
- Apply deep specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and reference industry standards to guide decisions
- Recommend and design security measures during post‑implementation analysis to ensure robust system functionality
- Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues; propose advanced programming solutions and assist with customer exposure systems
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy
- Act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members
- Assess risk in business decisions, uphold Citi's reputation, protect clients and assets, and escalate and report control issues with transparency per applicable laws and policies
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing deadlines
- Experience with BDD/TDD and Cucumber framework development
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAPUI
- Understanding of deep learning fundamentals, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLMs
- Experience in API development and integration of models through APIs
