Python Developer with Veeva Vault

Hybrid Python Developer role focused on Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault), developing and enhancing software components while leading cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable solutions, with three in-office days in Chesterbrook, PA and remote options in Tampa, Orlando or Nashville.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine custom software components across multiple systems and applications.
• Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high performance solutions aligned with business needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, lead cross-team collaboration, own team decisions, engage with multiple groups, and contribute to key strategic choices.
• Develop solutions for issues within the immediate team and across collaborating teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of software components that meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Mentor and support colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze complex problems and craft innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Drive ongoing improvements to development processes and team best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and project goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Python development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems, specifically Veeva Vault.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with a minimum 12 years of work experience; if holding an Associate Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
