Responsibilities

• Architect scalable coding frameworks using established software design patterns
• Develop secure, high quality production code and review peers' work
• Lead and govern agentic AI enabled engineering workflows using enterprise tools to boost delivery speed, code quality, and operations at scale; establish guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse across teams
• Leverage the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including AI assisted development and automation, to maximize value from automation at scale
• Advise cross functional teams on technology matters within the domain
• Serve as the function's subject matter expert
• Contribute to technical method development in line with current product development practices
• Create durable, reusable software frameworks used across teams and functions
• Influence senior leaders across business, product, and technology domains
• Provide strategic direction for multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio
• Invent novel code solutions and drive the development of new production code capabilities across teams
• Translate complex technical trends into leadership guidance to support strategic technology decisions

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 7+ years of applied experience
• Hands on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Expertise in one or more programming languages
• Proven experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI enabled development practices across teams, including human in the loop validation, auditability/traceability of changes, and secure handling of sensitive data
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and control expectations in engineering workflows, including security and resiliency implications; ability to influence senior technical leaders on safe scaling and reuse
• Experience applying expertise to solve complex technology problems across technical disciplines
• Drives adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks leveraged across teams and functions
• Ability to advise cross functional teams on technological matters within the domain of Agentic AI Platforms and building agentic customer experiences
• Contributes to development of technical methods in Agentic Customer Experiences in line with the latest product development methodologies
• Hands on practical experience building agentic AI platforms for AI driven customer experiences
• Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with deep expertise in one or more technical disciplines

• Practical cloud native experience
