Power BI Developer / Business Analytics Consultant
Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Power BI Developer / Business Analytics Consultant to support Americas executive reporting and enterprise dashboard delivery on an onsite basis in Kent, WA. This role focuses on building and standardizing Power BI dashboards, automating business proposal analytics, and turning performance data into insights for management.
Salary for the position is USD 72,776 - 113,503 per year, with a requirement of 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive reporting and business proposal metrics dashboards.
- Automate business proposal reporting processes and workflows.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards for Americas operations.
- Build reporting solutions aligned with successful analytics programs delivered for major aerospace customers.
- Standardize KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and dashboard formats across the organization.
- Analyze operational and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Improve reporting outcomes through automation, advanced analytics, and scalable business intelligence solutions.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decisions and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across dashboards and reporting platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field) from an accredited institution is required.
- Infosys will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or related fields.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
- Experience automating business reporting processes and implementing scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence best practices.
- Experience presenting analytical findings and business recommendations to leadership teams.
- Ability to standardize reporting methodologies and KPI frameworks across business functions.

Travel Requirements and Work Logistics
- Candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S.; this position requires travel to project locations as needed.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including combinations of regular shifts and off-shift support needs.
