This onsite role is based in Norfolk, VA and centers on full‑stack development with Palantir Foundry, Pipeline Builder, and Foundry AIP to deliver data‑driven solutions within an agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the War Data Platform and Foundry pipelines using Pipeline Builder to ingest, transform, and integrate data.
• Create applications within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop modular applications and workflows using TypeScript, Python, and Foundry AIP.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to refine data models and ontology mappings.
• Use Git and other code repositories to manage version control of development efforts.
• Support Foundry workshops to demonstrate platform capabilities to stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Foundry applications.
• Contribute in agile teams, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Palantir Foundry to build, enhance, or deploy data‑driven solutions
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience across core languages, technologies, tools, or web stacks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, XP, software engineering, product management, and software products
• Experience writing source code for new applications or improving code samples for existing apps
• Proficiency with back‑end and front‑end languages to deliver complete solutions
• Proven ability to solve complex problems within a collaborative, cross‑functional team
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of software engineering experience or 5+ years of engineering work in lieu of a degree

Compensation

Projected annual salary range is USD 69,300 to 158,000. Final offers are determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and program requirements. This range represents typical compensation for the role and is one component of Booz Allen Hamilton's total compensation package.
