OneStream Senior Developer

Senior OneStream Developer at Accenture responsible for leading technical design and delivery of OneStream XF implementations, mentoring junior developers, and delivering end-to-end EPM solutions.

Location: New York, NY (onsite) | Salary: USD 68,300 - 182,600 per year

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to craft alternative solutions for moderately complex problems
• Align with the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals
• Use sound judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex issues
• Display executive presence during frequent upward interactions with the direct supervisor and, as needed, with peers or client/Accenture management
• Define methods and procedures for new assignments with guidance
• Ensure decision making positively impacts the team and project outcomes
• Lead small teams or coordinate work efforts at a client site or within Accenture (when in an individual contributor role)
• Contribute to practice growth by supporting business development activities, including business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, and client conversations to explore opportunities
• Assist in producing responses to requests for proposals
• Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements with deep OneStream technical expertise

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years building OneStream platforms, including work with multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations
• Minimum of 2 years developing business rules in VB.NET or C#
• Minimum of 2 years creating Data Management sequences and steps
• Minimum of 3 years in report and dashboard development
• Minimum of 3 years leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers
• OneStream Certified (OCA) in Administration or Implementor; if not certified, willingness to become certified within 6 months
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, at least 6 years of experience
