Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist & Integration Developer

Elevate Holdings seeks an experienced Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist and Integration Developer to lead the transition from legacy systems to a tailored Odoo ecosystem, map workflows, and build API integrations with METRC and LeafLink, onsite in Estacada, OR, on a contract basis with a salary of USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Process Mapping and Workflow Optimization: Shadow on-site operations, analyze current "As-Is" workflows, and design "To-Be" processes aligned with Odoo best practices.
• Custom Development and Configuration: Configure core Odoo modules (Inventory, Manufacturing/MRP, Sales, Purchase, Accounting) and develop custom Python modules or use Odoo Studio when standard functionality falls short.
• API Integrations: Lead end-to-end integration of third-party platforms, building and maintaining robust connections with METRC for compliance tracking and LeafLink for B2B wholesale orders.
• Data Migration: Clean, extract, and migrate historical data (SKUs, inventory counts, customer and vendor databases, opening balances) from legacy systems into Odoo.
• Staff Training and Change Management: Create user-friendly documentation and SOPs, and lead hands-on training sessions for everyone from warehouse personnel to executives to ensure high adoption rates.
• System Administration and Support: Manage the Odoo environment (Odoo.sh or cloud hosting), handle access controls and permissions, manage backups, and act as the internal helpdesk for post-launch troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: Plan and manage future Odoo version upgrades, security patches, and the implementation of new modules as the business evolves.

Requirements

• Odoo Experience: 2-3 years implementing, configuring, and customizing Odoo (Enterprise edition preferred).
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, XML, and Git; experience with Odoo OWL framework is a plus.
• API Development: Proven track record of developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory control (FIFO/FEFO, tracking lots/serial numbers), and basic cost accounting principles.
• Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions for non-technical staff.
• Licenses / Certification: Odoo 19 Functional Certification (preferred).
