Lead IBM TRIRIGA Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client-facing stakeholders to capture business needs and shape TRIRIGA solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement TRIRIGA applications, workflows, forms, data models, and integrations while maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Work with teammates and clients to optimize design decisions and ensure robust implementations.
• Mentor junior developers by reviewing work, offering guidance, and promoting TRIRIGA best practices across the team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage TRIRIGA features to maximize business value.
• Independently test, debug, and troubleshoot TRIRIGA applications; support other projects as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support materials, and training guides for developers and end users.
• Provide post-implementation support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IBM TRIRIGA development experience with proven leadership on implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of the TRIRIGA Application Platform, including configuration, workflows, and data model design.
• Experience building solutions that extend TRIRIGA beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Strong ability to collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior technical resources.
• Proficiency with Java, SQL, BIRT reporting, and/or integration technologies (SOAP, REST, APIs).
