Lead Financial Crimes Technology Developer

Join the Development Department to support the Financial Crimes technology team by building and operating applications for AML monitoring and surveillance data assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, modify, and maintain Financial Crimes technology applications
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs to support ongoing application maintenance
• Work closely with business partners to define system requirements and deliver solutions
• Contribute across the development lifecycle, including story refinement, requirement definition, and proof of concept execution
• Set up and automate CI/CD pipelines to support smooth deployment processes

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, with strong focus on financial services or related fields
• Strong proficiency with:
  • MongoDB
  • J2EE frameworks including MVC and Spring
  • REST API
  • Hibernate
  • Angular
  • SQL scripting
  • UNIX Shell scripting
  • Autosys
  • Data analysis
• Demonstrated data sourcing, modeling, and provisioning experience supporting large-scale AML monitoring and surveillance data assets
• Experience with application performance tuning, database migrations, and data conversions
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC; experience with CICD tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible
• Effective communication skills
