Job Description
Join 4BBCorp in Miami, FL for a hybrid Integrations and Data Migration Developer role that supports a complex, large‑scale software implementation for the Miami‑Dade Sheriff's Office. This position offers a competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 to 105,000, plus a 401(k) plan and paid time off. You’ll collaborate with a cross‑functional team and an external vendor through the project lifecycle, focusing on data analysis, cleansing, migration, and integrations development in a collaborative, detail‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute data migration strategies.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to move data between systems.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and validate data mappings.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration issues, including performance tuning and error handling.
- Develop, test, and maintain integration components across multiple languages and tools.
- Coordinate with the software vendor, stakeholders, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor integrations and address issues to sustain system uptime.
- Document integration processes, tools, and technologies used.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex IT software projects, including 7 years in database development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with solid documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
- Attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server development.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
- Experience designing and consuming REST or SOAP APIs and working with JSON and XML.
- Version control experience (Git preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
