Informatica IICS Developer

This position focuses on designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based data integration and data warehouse solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements, translate them into scalable data models, and build reliable ETL and ELT pipelines on a collaborative on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture reporting and analytics needs and translate them into technical specifications and data models.
• Onsite work required; no remote arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service by diagnosing and resolving complex data integration and data quality issues, and handling critical service requests related to pipelines and reporting.
• Provide strong technical support and delivery using Informatica IICS, driving complete and timely resolution of data-related issues reported by customers.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Act as a logical thinker capable of troubleshooting data issues across source systems, integration layers, and data warehouse targets.
• Communicate effectively to explain complex data integration and data modeling concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data integration and data warehousing solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration and related services.
• Strong expertise in dimensional modeling (star and snowflake schemas) and enterprise data warehouse design.
• Proven experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting use cases.
• Experience working with multiple source systems (eg, transactional systems, SaaS applications, flat files) and loading curated data into a data warehouse or analytics platform.
• Familiarity with data quality, data validation, error handling, and performance optimization best practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from business users to technical teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop and adapt action plans as requirements evolve.
