About Sprinter Health

Sprinter Health reimagines access to care by delivering services directly to patients’ homes. A sizable portion of Americans defer preventive or chronic care due to access barriers, and emergencies can drive unnecessary costs. By leveraging technologies common to marketplace and last‑mile platforms, Sprinter Health brings care to people where they are most in need. The team has supported more than 2 million patients across 22 states, completed over 130,000 in‑home visits, and maintains a 92 NPS. Backed by investors such as a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel, the company has raised over $125 million, with multi‑year runway available.

Hybrid & Office Experience

The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with in‑office collaboration Monday through Thursday and work‑from‑anywhere Fridays. The company emphasizes work‑life balance and flexibility when life events occur, but requests in‑office presence Monday through Thursday for teamwork. Daily lunch is provided, and the team often spends time together away from meetings, including board games before returning to work.

What Gives You an Edge

  • Comfort with owning the full loop from sizing to building, launching, and measuring
  • Background in products where growth is driven by the product itself, not only outbound channels
  • Ability to move quickly using data, lightweight tooling, and small, rapid experiments
