Responsibilities

• Focus on designing and building websites using PHP, web applications, and web services; maintain and enhance existing web-based applications and sites.
• Design, create, test, maintain, and optimize web layouts and components using PHP or JavaScript.
• Participate in discovery sessions and collaborate with the development team to design and implement solutions.
• Work with the team to ensure effective design and secure integrations with external systems.
• Translate business goals into reliable web properties.
• Assist in maintaining web content for digital properties.
• Assist in coding layouts and components.
• Assist with React based application development when necessary.

Requirements

• Extensive (minimum of 4 years) experience utilizing PHP programming language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred but a combination of relevant experience and education may substitute for a degree.
• Experience using React.
• Experience using MySQL and Node.js.
• Extensive (minimum of 3 years) professional experience in full stack development.
• Experience with front-end languages, including HTML5, CSS3 (+ Sass), and JavaScript (ES6+, SvelteJS, React, Redux).
• Experience soliciting feedback and moving forward with implementation.
• Comfortable with critique and co-authorship.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
