Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and integrations
• Collaborate with IT teammates to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write high quality, efficient, and maintainable code
• Test and debug software to meet functional and performance requirements
• Maintain code documentation and version control using industry-standard tools and practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to other IT team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or C# .NET
• Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with VB and Classic ASP is a plus
• Ability to process bulk data loading
• Ability to write and update reports (Crystal Reports or PowerBI is a plus)
• Familiarity with databases with an emphasis on SQL Server
• Understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
