Full-Stack Azure Data Engineer
Job Description
Telecommunications Development Corp. seeks a Full-Stack Azure Data Engineer to design, deploy, and operate cloud-native data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Synapse, and DevOps practices, onsite in Laurel, MD.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale ETL and ELT data pipelines leveraging Azure Databricks notebooks and Synapse scripts.
- Establish consistent logging, robust error handling, and restartable processing patterns to strengthen pipeline reliability.
- Set up integrations with Azure Data Lake Storage, source systems, and enterprise data platforms.
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows and code repositories to automate environment promotion and release management.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse development.
- Extensive experience with automated deployment strategies using Azure DevOps.
