Responsibilities

• Apply and validate Actimize patches across SAM, CDD, CTR, AIS and ActOne modules.
• Customize Actimize by building new AIS processes, SQL stored procedures, Java plugins for ActOne, and configuring ActOne Designer, etc.
• Translate business and technical needs into requirements for FCC stakeholders to review.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to align direction and maintain compliance.
• Support FCC leadership in architecture, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Actimize solutions.
• Leverage knowledge of available technology, tools, and existing designs to propose process improvements.
• Maintain and improve Java plugin quality through static and dynamic analyses, security scans, code coverage, and CI/CD gating.
• Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle from analysis to production support.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related technical field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry spanning AML, CTR, CDD, Name/Message Screening and Fraud.
• At least 3 years of end-to-end Actimize SAM, CDD, and CTR solution implementation experience, including business requirements gathering, technical design definition, installation and upgrade, test case creation and execution, and production deployment.
• In-depth AML scenario design and tuning experience, including data profiling, quality analysis, and statistical analysis of monthly transactions for baseline thresholds.
• Experience with real-time (MQ, Web Services) or batch (ETL) data integration with Miser, ACH Plus, and Pay Plus.
• Familiarity with Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
• Experience in writing functional and technical design requirements.
