IMAGINE THIS CHALLENGE

A new aerospace component arrives with exotic alloy and aggressive tolerances, accompanied by a tight delivery window that requires repeatable manufacturing across hundreds of units. You analyze the print, define manufacturing intent, and design an error‑proof fixture in Siemens NX. You program efficient multi‑axis strategies in hyperMILL or NX, validate the approach with probing, and publish clear, setup-ready instructions so even a newer setup technician can operate confidently. Along the way, you log two workflow bugs and propose an automation enhancement.
