Dell Boomi Developer

Bright Vision Technologies offers a fully remote, in house W2 Dell Boomi Developer role focused on designing, building, and operating enterprise Boomi integrations. This 100% remote position is aligned to an in house SOW engagement, providing ownership of the full integration lifecycle from analysis through production support. Compensation ranges from USD 100,000 to 150,000 per year. You will collaborate with application teams, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver durable, well documented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Boomi integration flows, including connectors, data maps, decision logic, branches, and exception handling.
• Leverage Boomi low code patterns together with custom scripting (Groovy, JavaScript) for advanced transformations.
• Develop connectors and utilize the Boomi Connector SDK as needed.
• Configure and manage Atom and Molecule runtimes suited to workload requirements.
• Architect and operate API exposure strategies using Boomi API Management.
• Enforce secure authentication patterns such as OAuth2, mTLS, and certificate-based methods.
• Create event-driven and pub/sub patterns using Boomi Flow, Event Streams, and external messaging platforms.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for Boomi processes via Boomi deployment APIs, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Oversee migrations from legacy integrations on other middleware to Boomi with phased cutovers and reversible steps.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerts, and dashboards while aligning with team and platform standards.
• Profile and optimize performance of high volume Boomi integrations with data-driven validation.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design decisions, and runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum five years of integration experience with a strong focus on Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi processes, connectors, and Atom/Molecule runtimes.
• Proficient scripting skills in Groovy and JavaScript for Boomi customization.
• Working knowledge of Boomi API Management.
• Experience with API security standards including OAuth2, mTLS, and certificate-based authentication.
• Familiarity with event-driven integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling for Boomi deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

C2C, 1099, or third party arrangements are not offered. We do not provide new H1B sponsorship, but H1B transfers from current visas are welcome.
