Data Engineer

Join Wipro Limited as a Data Engineer (AI Platform) in Redmond, Washington on an onsite basis. This role focuses on building scalable Azure data platforms and reliable data pipelines, while supporting backend integrations and secure cloud practices that help teams move faster with confidence.

You will design and develop the foundation for analytics and data workflows, including ETL/ELT pipelines and modern APIs and services. The position also includes improving existing legacy systems through modernization, and supporting delivery through CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Azure data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical solutions.
• Design and develop REST APIs and backend services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build data and integration services using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Kusto, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, and Service Bus.
• Modernize legacy data pipelines, services, APIs, storage platforms, and application components.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Implement secure cloud practices using Azure Key Vault, identity, authentication, and access controls.

Requirements

• Azure Cloud Data Platform Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
