Cyber Software Engineer Senior Staff – DSP

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer Senior Staff with a focus on digital signal processing for SIGINT development. Based onsite in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this senior role leads the design and implementation of signal processing software modules and innovative processing approaches using MATLAB, C, C++, and Python within a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic support for SIGINT development to optimize and extend access to designated customers, ensuring effective signal processing for intelligence gathering.
• Evaluate module and model outputs from signals of interest to inform the creation of follow-on processing and improve signal interpretation.
• Design and implement software modules in MATLAB or similar design environments to process signals of interest, meeting performance and accuracy standards.
• Develop novel methods for leveraging COTS and GOTS systems to build processing solutions beyond their original use, optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and analysts to capture requirements and ensure seamless integration of software components into larger systems.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, algorithms, and software implementations to support knowledge transfer and project continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, with 20+ years of professional work experience; recognized as an expert within the discipline.
• Meet the capabilities defined by the GG SOW Appendix B for the USG standard SWE labor category level 3.
• You must possess the requisite security clearance and polygraphs to apply.
• U.S. citizen for consideration; government security clearance required (TS/SCI).
