Job Description

The Copilot Studio and Power Automate Developer role focuses on building AI powered copilots and automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate, integrated with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on development of AI powered copilots and conversational agents using MS Copilot Studio
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, integrations, and RPA solutions
  • Designing conversational topics, generative AI prompts, entities, and orchestration workflows
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and conversational AI best practices
  • Integrating copilots and flows with enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Sharepoint, and custom APIs
  • Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Dataverse, and webhook integrations
  • Automating business processes including approvals, notifications, ticketing, and data synchronization
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Requirements

  • Primary Skill: Copilot Studio and Power Automate experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
