Job Description
The Copilot Studio and Power Automate Developer role focuses on building AI powered copilots and automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate, integrated with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on development of AI powered copilots and conversational agents using MS Copilot Studio
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, integrations, and RPA solutions
- Designing conversational topics, generative AI prompts, entities, and orchestration workflows
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and conversational AI best practices
- Integrating copilots and flows with enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Sharepoint, and custom APIs
- Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Dataverse, and webhook integrations
- Automating business processes including approvals, notifications, ticketing, and data synchronization
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Requirements
- Primary Skill: Copilot Studio and Power Automate experience
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
