Business Intelligence (BI) Developer I

Wellpath is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer I to support enterprise reporting systems in Franklin, TN (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Collect reporting requirements from business stakeholders and convert business needs into reporting solutions
• Write, test, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards and visualizations, including KPI scorecards, charts, filters, drilldowns, and navigation features
• Extract, transform, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources
• Address data quality, integrity, and performance issues encountered during reporting development and support
• Maintain database documentation and follow data governance, security, privacy, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of training or experience in BI development and analysis techniques/procedures
• Hands-on skills with SQL, Word, Excel, and Visio
