Android-Savvy CNO Developer
Job Description
Parsons is seeking an Android-Savvy CNO Developer to support a critical national security mission through hands-on native Android and embedded software work. This role is based on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD, where you will collaborate closely with a small expert team while integrating Bluetooth capabilities and applying CNO skills.
The position supports direct mission outcomes by developing, analyzing, and enhancing software features that contribute to protecting critical systems.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and analyze native Android applications in support of a critical customer mission
- Design, develop, and implement embedded software capabilities in C
- Integrate and enhance functionality using Bluetooth and related technologies
- Apply CNO skills and creativity to discover and implement novel solutions
- Work on-site at a customer facility as part of a small expert team
- Collaborate with senior subject matter experts and use their mentorship to build capability
- Contribute to efforts that directly enhance national security and protect critical systems
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, focused on C development (or 3 years with a Master’s degree)
- Demonstrated experience with native Android development and/or analysis
- Experience with embedded development
- Experience working with Bluetooth technologies

Security Clearance Requirement
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

USD 125,100 - 225,200 per year
