Alfabet (Bizzdesign) Developer

Infosys is sourcing an Alfabet (Bizzdesign) Developer for onsite work in Raleigh, NC, at Technology Consultant 3 level.

Responsibilities

• Draft business requirement documents detailing both functional and nonfunctional needs, derived from client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design both high level and detailed software architectures, validate via prototypes, and refine based on feedback to optimize functionality.
• Develop critical software applications and collaborate with the development team to establish coding standards aligned with design and architectural specifications.
• Plan and guide comprehensive testing strategies that map to functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Lead the technical rollout of system infrastructure and new software deployments to ensure timely delivery within project schedules.
• Coordinate transitions to ensure consistent system rollouts and minimize operational disruptions.
• Analyze incident trends to identify root causes, propose durable solutions, and establish monitoring protocols.
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to drive project success.
• Create and maintain knowledge bases to keep vital information well documented and readily accessible.
• Contribute to tool selection by partnering with architects and offering insights on the potential impact of new technologies.
• Help develop technical implementation roadmaps based on an understanding of client business needs.
• Support proposals and RFPs by delivering development insights for delivering the proposed solutions.
• Embrace innovation and adaptability when integrating new technologies into existing environments.
