Design, implement, and deploy AI and automation capabilities that support digital case intake, records processing, and case-review workflows.
Build and refine solutions such as intelligent triage, document classification, duplicate-case detection, electronic signature workflows, and automated data validation.
Develop production-ready pipelines, models, and application components using Python and cloud-based services to enable secure, scalable delivery.
Deliver AI capabilities including optical character recognition, computer vision, case summarization, workflow automation, and content generation to assist adjudication.
Mentor junior developers and engineers, contribute to solution design, and monitor model performance, quality, and accuracy across deployed capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Five or more years of experience in data engineering or artificial intelligence development.
Five or more years designing and deploying data pipelines, AI agents, or machine learning models into production.
Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cloud-based integration.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Ability to travel approximately 10%, depending on client engagements.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary range is USD 110,700 - 218,300 per year.
