AI Sr. Developer (Secret Clearance Required)

This on-site role in Baltimore, MD for Deloitte requires a Secret clearance and focuses on AI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy AI and automation capabilities that support digital case intake, records processing, and case-review workflows.
• Build and refine solutions such as intelligent triage, document classification, duplicate-case detection, electronic signature workflows, and automated data validation.
• Develop production-ready pipelines, models, and application components using Python and cloud-based services to enable secure, scalable delivery.
• Deliver AI capabilities including optical character recognition, computer vision, case summarization, workflow automation, and content generation to assist adjudication.
• Mentor junior developers and engineers, contribute to solution design, and monitor model performance, quality, and accuracy across deployed capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in data engineering or artificial intelligence development.
• Five or more years designing and deploying data pipelines, AI agents, or machine learning models into production.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and cloud-based integration.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, depending on client engagements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation

Salary range is USD 110,700 - 218,300 per year.
