Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and automation features to support digital case intake, records processing, and case review workflows.
• Create and enhance capabilities including intelligent triage, document classification, duplicate case detection, electronic signature workflows, and automated data validation.
• Implement production-grade pipelines, models, and application components using Python and cloud services to enable secure, scalable delivery.
• Provide AI capabilities such as OCR, computer vision, case summarization, workflow automation, and content generation to support adjudication.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to solution design, and monitor model performance, quality, and accuracy across deployed capabilities.
