Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of agentic AI architectures using LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Create end-to-end agentic workflows that integrate LLMs, tool interfaces, memory modules, and orchestration patterns.
  • Build multi-step reasoning pipelines with guardrails, retry logic, and fallback strategies to ensure resilience.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise systems such as APIs, databases, ticketing platforms, knowledge bases, and messaging tools.
  • Develop prompt templates, tool schemas, and context management patterns for dependable task execution.
  • Establish observability for agent runs, including traces, latency, token usage, cost, and failure analytics.
  • Enforce safety controls including policy checks, output validation, and human-in-the-loop approvals where appropriate.
  • Optimize agent performance via evaluation sets, benchmark scenarios, and continuous tuning.
  • Assemble modular components for planner-executor patterns, retrieval, and decision routing to support scalable systems.
  • Harden production deployments with authentication, authorization, and secure secret handling.
  • Troubleshoot hallucinations, tool misuse, and context-window issues through systematic diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate business workflows into automatable agent tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive developer documentation and best practices for scalable agent systems.
  • Apply LLM concepts including embeddings, tokenization, and context windows, plus evaluation techniques and safety guardrails.
