Implement data governance, security, access control, and responsible AI practices aligned with Army and DoD policy.
Use an Agile framework to manage tasks and document solutions for the Vantage developer community.

Requirements

5+ years in data engineering, software development, or analytics, including building ETL/ELT pipelines.
Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or similar distributed data processing.
Experience applying AI/ML to operational data (predictive modeling, forecasting, NLP, or LLM-enabled workflows) and deploying models into production.
Strong communication (oral and written) and organization skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
