Job Description

Build full-stack systems that improve how ClickHouse customers get help, from routing and automation to AI-assisted experiences and production observability.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the systems that connect ClickHouse customers with the teams that support them.
Create intelligent routing and decision systems that choose where work goes and who handles it using many signals at once.
Ensure routing and decision systems adapt as the business scales.
Develop AI-powered customer experiences that understand needs, recommend next steps, and know when to hand off to a human.
Build internal platforms and tooling for Support, RevOps, and GTM teams to help them work faster and more accurately, with production-quality standards.
Implement integrations and data flow across Salesforce, live chat, incident management, Slack, GitHub, and more to keep workflows and data moving cleanly between systems.
Create automation and observability systems to remove repetitive work, highlight what is breaking, and improve confidence in what teams are running.
Partner with core Engineering to ship to production and take ownership of delivered work, including code review, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production.
Experience with tools such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React (or comparable technologies).
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems.
Experience close to support workflows, including work as a support or technical support engineer, or building tools or integrations for support, CS, or RevOps teams.
Comfort with Git and safe, version-controlled deployment workflows.
Ability to translate operational needs into solutions that non-engineers can follow.
Self-driven, end-to-end ownership mindset in a remote, globally distributed team.
Day-to-day comfort using AI tools while building, with clarity on where to trust AI outputs.
