Job Description

Stafford Technology seeks an Oracle EBS Developer to design, implement, and support scalable Oracle EBS solutions across supply chain and manufacturing processes, with a focus on enhancements, integrations, and sustaining shop floor operations. This hybrid role is based in Worthington, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Oracle EBS supply chain management modules including Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Purchasing
Create customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and Concurrent Programs
Design and maintain integrations with warehouse systems and external applications
Carry out SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning for high‑volume environments
Assist with testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployments
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions
Collaborate with functional teams, QA, and integration specialists
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards

Requirements

5+ years of Oracle EBS / ERP development experience
Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules
Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and integrations
Solid SQL tuning and troubleshooting skills

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a related field.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and working knowledge of Fusion SCM modules.
Experience with Oracle EBS, particularly in environments migrating to Fusion.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and relational database technologies.
Experience with Oracle APEX and REST-based integrations.
BI experience using Hyperion and OBIEE.
Knowledge of cloud integrations or middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a self-motivated, solution-focused approach.
