Sr. Power Platform Developer - ECM Migrations

Senior Power Platform Developer for ECM migrations supporting a federal government contract at Agiliko. This remote role requires US citizenship and a Public Trust clearance, with a focus on developing and migrating solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute across the full lifecycle of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement.
• Build customized applications, workflows, and automations leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Framework, and Copilot integrations.
• Develop and optimize Copilot extensions, prompts, and conversational experiences to improve user productivity and outcomes.
• Conduct independent testing of all components and document test plans, results, and quality metrics.
• Create comprehensive test strategies and facilitate knowledge transfer to QA teams.
• Document solution architectures, dependencies, deployment procedures, and user-facing guidance.
• Participate in code reviews for Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure services, and custom connectors.
• Mentor junior developers, delegating tasks while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Note: the role may require nightly or weekend migration work with compensatory time or flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required for federal contracts; no Green Card or H1-B candidates.
• Educational background: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum professional experience of 1 year.
• 5+ years in SharePoint Document Management and Enterprise Content Management at scale.
• 5+ years in Enterprise Network Share File Analysis (NFS, SMB, etc.).
• 5+ years in Enterprise scale Records Management (Purview, Retention, Lifecycle, Audit, Insider Risk, etc.).
• 5+ years in Network Share Migration from On-Prem to Cloud.
• 5+ years developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power BI dashboards & reports, Power Automate).
• 5+ years developing and customizing SharePoint Online solutions (SPFx, JSON, workflows, Power Platform integration).
• 2+ years developing with Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Copilot integration with Power Platform and M365 apps).
• 5+ years as at least two of the following admins: Power Platform Admin, SharePoint Admin, Azure Entra ID Admin, Dynamics 365 Admin, or Exchange Admin.
• 5-10 years building solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Experience with solution-based Power Platform development, including ALM and promoting across DEV, QA, and PROD.
• Ability to translate business requirements into complex deployments spanning SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Strong documentation skills for solution architecture, configuration, and user guides.
• Familiarity with custom connectors, Power Platform CoE, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages.
• Experience with Azure Entra (Azure AD) Service Principals, Azure resources integrating with MPP, and Power BI development and publishing.
• Proficiency with scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, and Python in the Power Platform context.
• Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot governance and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) required by start date.
• PL-100, PL-200, or Copilot-related certifications preferred.
• Public Trust clearance or higher within the last 10 years is required.

Pay

Compensation ranges from USD 97,964.54 to USD 117,978.80 per year.
