Sr. Power Platform Developer

Agensys Corporation seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, implement, and sustain Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions across client projects, including SharePoint Online. This onsite role in Germantown, MD leads tenant migrations and collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical and functional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a senior-level problem-solver for complex, business-critical Power Platform and M365 solutions.
• Assesses legacy and custom code, canvas and model-driven apps, advanced flows, plugins, and integrations to implement fixes with minimal business disruption.
• Builds and maintains M365 and Power Platform applications and solutions, including canvas and model-driven approaches.
• Provides senior-level administration expertise for Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
• Modernizes applications created in older technologies for new platforms based on project requirements.
• Conducts requirements analysis and produces professional, detailed technical documentation.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues in existing applications.
• Communicates clearly with clients, team members, and customers via video, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Delivers precise and concise technical documentation.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of experience administering, developing, and maintaining M365 and Power Platform products.
• Ten or more years of experience in general software application administration, development, and maintenance.
• Experience delivering SharePoint Online solutions.
• Development on Microsoft 365 Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Data modeling, Dataverse design, web design, and UX design expertise.
• Ability to work independently, in teams, and with clients to provide technical and functional knowledge.
• Leadership in migrating organizations to M365 tenants.
• Leadership in problem-solving with the ability to collaborate with customers and team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Power Platform experience of at least 3 years (Required).
• SharePoint experience of at least 10 years (Required).
• Experience with Agile Scrum using JIRA.
• ServiceNow ticket management experience.
• Co-Authoring in Power Automate.
• Experience with ShareGate.
• Business Analyst experience.
• Ability to coordinate and lead development activities within a project setting.
• Technical skills including SQL stored procedures, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPFx, and PowerShell.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
