Special Missions Data Engineer

Responsibilities
- Help build advanced technology solutions and implement data engineering activities on mission-driven projects.
- Deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful.
- Work with and guide a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients.
Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining ETL and ELT processes from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
- Experience building data pipelines for batch and streaming workflows
- Experience with software development, including API development, managing databases, and developing software architecture for containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL, for processing, scripting, automation, and optimization
- Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
- Ability to travel CONUS up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED

Compensation
Salary is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 per year. Final offers are determined by location, an applicant's education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. This range represents the typical compensation for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
