Job Description
An on-site senior software engineering role focused on building advanced data analytics solutions and leading agile development projects in support of a high-visibility mission. This position offers technical leadership in data analytics, cross-functional collaboration to drive mission objectives, and the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain software for Analytic Missions. The role is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other senior engineers to develop advanced data analytics solutions and guide agile development projects for a high-visibility mission.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on data analytics and agile initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to advance mission objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems that support Analytic Missions.
- Follow a structured deployment process that includes DAT, UAT/ SME Validation, Smoke Testing, and System Level Testing before production release.

Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer with involvement in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions, with a focus on Linux operating systems.
- Strong familiarity with programming languages such as Java.
- TS/SCI w/ FSP
- Fourteen years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ FSP security clearance
- Fourteen years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Fourteen years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
