Job Description
Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice is built for impact, combining people, ideas, technology, and outcomes to support mission work. In this onsite role in Richmond, VA, you’ll help deliver dependable application integrations and related components for sustainment operations, focusing on enhancements, defect fixes, and ongoing support for stable mission services.
This position is listed with a wage range of USD 102,800 - 171,300 per year. Deloitte also notes you may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and factors such as individual and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and support applications, integrations, and related components used in sustainment operations.
- Implement approved enhancements and defect fixes, including participation in code review, unit and integration testing, release preparation, and incident troubleshooting.
- Document technical designs, changes, and support procedures to support long-term maintainability.
- Partner with the Custom Development Lead, Product Management, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and validate solutions against acceptance criteria.
- Identify application performance, security, reliability, and deployment risks promptly.
- Provide development support that helps keep stable mission services operating effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- 4+ years of experience in SharePoint configuration and development.
