Senior Software Engineer - AI & Multi-Language Systems

Anchor Computer Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and scale high-performance multi-language applications and to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into core product pipelines. This hybrid role is based in Melville, NY and focuses on building reliable production systems across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust high-performance software components using C*, C++, C#, and Python*.
• Integrate AI and machine learning models into core product pipelines to improve automation and intelligence.
• Optimize system latency, memory management, and cross-platform compatibility across diverse deployment environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in C*, C++, C#, and Python*.
• Proven experience working with AI frameworks, models, or integrating machine learning into software workflows.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation and Location

This position is located in Melville, NY (hybrid) and offers USD 110,000 - 120,000 per year.
