Senior Software Engineer

Join Press Ganey in Provo, Utah, onsite, where you will influence the design and delivery of AI driven features on the Hyperlift Stars Platform. This role offers a competitive annual salary between USD 100,000 and USD 130,000 and a clear path to shape architecture, improve reliability and efficiency, and increase user value. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex features within an AI native engineering workflow powering the Hyperlift Stars Platform.
• Set technical direction and provide architectural guidance to the team.
• Define how AI tools are applied to improve reliability, efficiency, and user value across the full lifecycle of modern data-intensive software systems.
• Act as a trusted technical lead, making sound system design decisions and guiding the team toward deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver scalable systems with minimal oversight
• Capable of operating at a Senior Software Engineer level, including mentoring peers, leading system design discussions, and providing technical direction
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and an open mindset for evaluating potential solutions
• Proven ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery amid changing priorities
