Senior RPA Developer role with Downs Innovative Solutions, remote position focused on end-to-end automation delivery in a client-facing capacity.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Robotic Process Automation solutions using leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power Automate
Steer automation solution architecture and provide hands-on guidance to junior developers
Translate business and functional needs into efficient automated workflows
Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Ensure automations align with security, compliance, and audit requirements common to federal contractor environments
Troubleshoot production issues and tune bots for performance and reliability
Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, and support materials
Support client meetings, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs as needed
Contribute to automation standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries

3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience
Deep expertise with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)
Understanding of Agentic AI workflows
Solid programming and scripting skills (C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, Java)
Experience integrating with APIs, SQL databases, and structured or unstructured data
Knowledge of SDLC, version control, and CI/CD practices
Experience supporting clients in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Clearance
