Job Description

Design, build, and productionize machine learning solutions that improve business processes and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and program integrated software solutions supporting the development, deployment, and full life cycle of machine learning models
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines and monitoring systems in distributed computing environments
  • Define data collection protocols and analyze data sources
  • Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models
  • Create visualizations for data properties and model performance
  • Establish and optimize scalable, large-scale data operations to improve ML products
  • Partner with business and analytics teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions using machine learning principles
  • Work with DevOps teams to integrate models into production systems and automate deployment processes
  • Validate, communicate, and monitor delivery of customer requirements for AI/ML solutions
  • Participate in cutting-edge research across artificial intelligence and machine learning applications
  • Stay current with the latest advances in machine learning and related technologies
  • Manage and maintain the compute cluster environment for hosting and serving machine learning models, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, system reliability, and operational support

Requirements

  • Education: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related discipline (or commensurate work experience/demonstrated competence)
  • Experience: Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, machine learning, algorithms, statistical methods, or a related field

Pay & Benefits

  • Salary range: $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually
  • Additional pay: bonus and/or equity opportunities (United States of America candidates only)
