Senior Data Engineer | Scientist

Kelly Services is hiring a Senior Data Engineer | Scientist for an onsite role in Juncos, Puerto Rico. This position supports business intelligence, advanced analytics, and operational excellence through scalable data solutions, with collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions that support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and operational excellence
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions using programming, data engineering, and analytical methodologies

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Mining, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Preferred: Software Engineering or Data Science/Analytics
• Strong experience in programming, coding, system design and architecture, algorithms, and data structures
• Proficiency in programming and statistical languages such as Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB, plus experience using SQL and database technologies
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using programming and analytical techniques to address business challenges and routine technical problems
• Proven ability to evaluate technical requirements and select appropriate tools and technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
