Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Senior Business Intelligence Developer will lead complex BI initiatives and deliver scalable, data-driven reporting solutions for Zodiac Healthcare in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable BI solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Create advanced data models, reporting structures, and analytical solutions.
• Develop real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripts.
• Partner with business teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Apply best practices for data governance, data quality, security, and BI development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI and data-related issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BI developers.
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 years of IT experience with strong Business Intelligence, data modeling, and analytics background.
• Strong experience developing and optimizing BI solutions.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation and reporting experience.
• Experience with complex data modeling and reporting structures.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPI reporting solutions, including real-time or near-real-time dashboards.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior BI developers.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Must be able to work onsite in Irving, TX (Monday–Friday).

• Location: Irving, TX 75039 (onsite / in person)
• Pay Range: $50 - $65 per hour
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Contract Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (Possible Extension)
