Rain Syndications is offering a hybrid security focused full‑stack developer and automation builder role in Saint Petersburg, Florida. You will build internal tools, automations, dashboards, and data‑driven systems while collaborating closely with the founder. The position provides hybrid work arrangements, a salary range of USD 50,000 to 100,000 per year, and a flexible structure to fit your experience and preferences as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen security while developing and enhancing internal tools, dashboards, and workflows
• Connect APIs and automate key processes
• Collaborate directly with the founder to turn ideas into tangible results quickly
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems

Requirements

• Strong experience and a pronounced interest in AI and automations
• Proven track record building real projects (apps, tools, automations, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and figure things out
• Familiarity with APIs and integrations
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, Lovable, Base44, Bolt or equivalent
